By accessing or using Intuifi ("the Service"), available at intuifi.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intuifi provides interactive financial data visualizations, including Sankey charts, balance sheets, and cash flow diagrams for publicly traded companies. The Service is offered on both a free and paid subscription basis.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@intuifi.app for refund requests.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without authorization

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

The financial data and visualizations provided by Intuifi are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an endorsement of any company. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software associated with Intuifi are the property of Intuifi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
